Engagement Milestones
We will develop the project scope based on your needs. An engagement has the following milestones:
- Explore Opportunity: Clarify project scope, background, needs/ requests /expectations, organisational/ logistical data points, resources
- Draft Offer: offer including engagement milestones, resources needed (time, space, etc.), financial investment
- Engagement Contract: meet key decision makers/ influencers of project success, finalize project scope

- Continuous feedback: feedback loops to the principal on key aha’s/ help needed
- Follow Up: ensure that insights are incorporated into ongoing business
- Evaluation: performance measurement of coaching engagement
