Enabled and empowered teams enjoy their work and contribute with ease at their peak. Here is how we will make this happen for you:
People Development
I use different methodologies to help the individual understand their uniqe values, goals and strengths. I coach through challenging questions and help to define personal growth strategies. We then develop a communication & influencing masterplan to make sure peers and the manager are aware of what makes you ‚tick‘. This is the foundation for: „I use my strengths and work towards my goals.“ and „My work is meaningful.“
Team Development
Successful team development happens in a safe and trustful space which I create via self developed code of conducts and team building activities. My role is to facilitate effective workshops, mediate conflicts and enable the team to own the results of my engagement. A project could look as follows:
Using creativity techniques and interviews I surface team deliverables and expectations of customers. We then invest time to understand each other’s goals, values and strengths. Based on these two data bundles we map and match team members to deliverables. This creates the opportunity for all team members to say: „I use my strengths and work towards my goals.“
