I have experience in designing new processes as well as optimizing existent processes. To enable high quality results we 1) need clarity on customer expectations and the resources needed as well as 2) good visualisation techniques to ensure aligned and documented processes that are sustainable.
Clarity on Expectations and Resources needed
I identify stakeholders of the process. Via interviews and workshops we clarify expectations and understand current pain points. We also identify the resources required across all involved functions to ensure the design/ optimization process is most effective.
Process Design/ Optimization
In the case of an existent process, I map out the current process flow including interfaces and highlight any pain points. I then utilize creativity techniques to visualise an optimal process flow in a workshop with all key resources. The team then creates step by step documentation that gets updated in a testing phase. Once the team feels they have identified the ideal process we get sign off from our board of stakeholders.
